Day 58

Breakfast: Oatmeal with honey. Green tea and a slice of bread with honey.

Midday: An orange and a banana

Lunch: Italian Caprese Salad: very easy, I found a nice recipe HERE.

Split Green peas and Potato Cream - ok, here's the recipe! I left the peas in water for 12 hours (did it yesterday!). Now, in a big sauce pan I sautéed a big chopped onion, added the peas and boiled them until they were quite soft. Added 2 chopped potatoes, kept boiling everything for 15 more minutes approx, or when potatoes were completely ready. Then I blended everything into a creamy soup, added some olive oil, red paprika, and lemon juice. Nice cream for a change!

Afternoon: A mandarine.

Dinner: Rice with Eggplant and Peas from FatFreevegan. I did not put any pepper in it because I didn't have it. It was very very good, I should say.

Acne Status: Looking good. I do have some new red enemies attacking. I am not getting desperate, but...
